A full class is a small margin

Each empty seat is a kit you prepared for nobody.

  • Bookings come through the website, a marketplace listing and Instagram messages, and the last seat gets sold twice.
  • A no-show leaves clay wedged and a wheel standing idle while the waitlist never hears about it.
  • Gift vouchers are paper, unnumbered, and impossible to check against what's been redeemed.
  • Material counts for each class are worked out the night before from the booking list, by hand.
  • Your booking platform takes a fee per ticket, on top of the card fee.
