Managed IT
A bill you can read.
A cloud you can explain.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean: we move your workloads across, then run them there day to day. Accounts, sizing, tags and access get done properly from the start, so next month’s invoice doesn’t make anyone gasp.

Foothills Digital—Sentrello Premier Partner
- AWS
- Azure
- Google Cloud
- DigitalOcean
- On-premises Linux
- On-premises Windows
Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.
Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.
Where this usually starts
The cloud you were sold, and the one you got
The move happened. The savings didn’t. What you’ve got now is an invoice nobody can explain and a console half the team has never logged into.
- The bill climbs every month and nobody can point to the line that did it.
- Instances were sized for the busiest day anyone could picture, and they’ve idled ever since.
- Half the resources carry no tags, so half the cost belongs to nobody.
- Somewhere in a script sits an access key with admin rights and no expiry date.
- It was a lift and shift, so the server that cost too much in your cupboard now costs too much in somebody else’s data center.
What we do instead
We treat the account like infrastructure, because it is
Before a single workload lands, there’s a landing zone: accounts, networks, identity and logging laid out on purpose. Every resource is defined in code and tagged with what it’s for and who pays. Then we stay on for the daily running. Right-sizing happens monthly, so the bill becomes a report you read rather than a shock you open. Our staff hold active certifications on each platform they work on, which is why the advice follows your workload and never a logo we’d rather sell.
How it works
How a cloud move runs, and keeps running
Most of your future cloud bill gets decided in step one.
Assess each workload honestly
What it does, when it’s busy, what it talks to, and whether it should move at all. Some things suit a managed service, some a container, some a plain VM. A few are cheaper exactly where they are, and we’ll tell you which.
Build the landing zone first
Accounts or projects split by environment and by who pays, the network laid out, identity tied to your directory, logging and budgets switched on. All of it in code, so adding a second region later is a pull request.
Move in waves, with a way back
Workloads go across in groups that belong together, rehearsed on a copy first and cut over in a window you chose. The dependencies nobody knew about show up in rehearsal. That’s what rehearsal is for.
Run the daily usage
Monitoring, patching, backups and scripted fixes for known faults, same as anywhere else we work. Every automatic action is logged against a trigger you agreed, and an engineer takes whatever’s left.
Read the bill every month, then act on it
Idle instances shut down, oversized ones shrunk, reserved capacity bought where the usage earns it, orphaned snapshots deleted. The report says what changed and what it saved, in words your finance team can use.
What we run for you
Four clouds, no favorite
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and DigitalOcean, with staff certified on whichever they touch. The recommendation follows your workload, because nobody here has a platform to push.
Landing zones and account structure
Accounts, subscriptions or projects arranged by environment and cost center, with the network, identity, logging and guardrails in place before the first workload. Because it’s code, the structure documents itself.
Cost control and right-sizing
Every resource tagged with an owner and a purpose, budget alerts that reach a real person, and a monthly pass that resizes, reserves or deletes. The saving shows up on the next invoice rather than on a slide.
Access you’d be happy to audit
Roles instead of shared keys, sign-in through your directory, least privilege reviewed on a schedule. And that admin key buried in a script? Found and retired.
Migration with a rehearsal
Lift and shift where it makes sense, re-platforming where it saves money, every wave rehearsed and every cutover reversible. Workloads that belong on premises stay there, and we’ll say so.
Your account, your repository
The account is in your name and the infrastructure code lives in a repository you own. End the arrangement and the automation keeps running where it is. Nothing we build is a reason you can’t leave.

Server & Infrastructure Management
Physical or virtual, Windows or Linux, in your building or in a cloud account, every server gets upgraded, patched and maintained by us. Patches roll out in rings, so the update that breaks something breaks the test box first.
Data Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR)
Automated backups, one copy nobody can delete, and a recovery plan we’ve actually rehearsed. Whether the files copied was never the real question. Will the business open on Monday?
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Multi-factor authentication, single sign-on and privileged accounts, managed so a stolen password isn’t enough on its own. Admin rights get borrowed for an hour instead of kept for a career.
Which cloud, and what’s the bill?
Whether you’re on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean (or still deciding), roughly what runs there, and last month’s invoice.
Send that and we’ll show you what we’d resize, and what the invoice ought to look like afterwards.
