Sentrello Premier Partner
Plan it, build it, implement it, manage it.
We run Foothills on Sentrello too.
Sentrello is a self-hosted, source-available unified business management platform. We’re a Sentrello Premier Partner, and our own invoices, net terms and subscriptions all come out of it.

Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.
Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.
Where this usually starts
Buying it was the easy decision
Most companies we meet picked Sentrello months ago. Getting it in is where they stalled.
- It’s installed. Three people still work out of the old spreadsheet.
- Nobody could decide which modules you needed, so you bought all of them.
- Self-hosted turned out to mean somebody owns a server now, and nobody volunteered.
- The old system’s data has to come across, and it’s messier than anyone admitted at kickoff.
- Finance won’t switch until invoicing is provably right. Fair enough.
What we do instead
We’re a Premier Partner, and we’re also a customer
Premier is the top of Sentrello’s four-tier program (Associate, Partner, Advanced, Premier), and it’s the only partnership we hold. The more useful credential? Our invoices, our net terms and our recurring subscriptions all run through Sentrello. Whatever quirk you’re about to hit, we probably hit it on ourselves first.
How it works
Plan, build, implement, manage
Those are Sentrello’s own four words for the job. Here’s what each one means once you’re doing it.
Plan
Work out which modules you need now and which can wait a year. A platform that does everything only helps once somebody decides which parts of everything are yours.
Build
Install and configure it on infrastructure you control, defined as code so it can be rebuilt from nothing. Self-hosting is the whole point, and it’s also the bit people underestimate.
Implement
Move the data, shape it around how you actually work, and train the people who’ll live in it. Platform projects die at adoption, and they die quietly.
Manage
Updates, changes and support for as long as you run it, from the same team that put it in.
Every part of Sentrello we work on
The core is free and the rest comes in pieces, which only helps if somebody tells you which pieces you need. These are the ones we plan, build, implement and manage.
CRM and the dashboard
Contacts, companies and deals on boards your team will actually drag cards across, with calls and tasks logged against them. We set the dashboard to show what you’re owed, not everything at once.
Quotes and invoicing
Quotes that turn into invoices, per-line tax, and e-invoice export for the jurisdictions you bill into. Finance usually wants this one proved first, so we prove it first.
Bookkeeping
The double-entry ledger, a chart of accounts that matches how you report, and the statements that come off it. Set it up properly once and you stop correcting it every quarter.
Banking and reconciliation
Live bank feeds, supplier bills, and reconciliation that doesn’t eat an evening every month. Multi-currency where you need it, plus dimensional reporting so you can slice the numbers by whatever you care about.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Recurring invoices, card payments, and renewals nobody has to remember. Ours run this way, monthly and annual, so it’s the module we know best.
Projects
Budgets and time logged against jobs, on the same ledger. Project profitability becomes a report instead of a reconstruction.
Booking
Calendar scheduling for businesses whose work comes in appointments, set up around your availability rules instead of the defaults.
Shop
Inventory and sales, tied to the same bookkeeping. Your stock count and your accounts stop being two different opinions.
Storage and documentation
Document management with expiry alerts, plus product manuals hosted where customers can find them. Unglamorous. Also the first thing an auditor asks for.
Newsletter, forms, SEO and links
List management, embedded contact and quote forms, search visibility tracking and short URLs. Small modules, and the ones most often left switched off for a year.
Accounts, roles and access
Admin, accounting, staff and customer roles mapped to your real org chart, with two-factor and device management switched on rather than just mentioned.
The platform underneath
The server, the backups, the upgrades, and a restore you’ve actually tested. Self-hosted software still needs someone to own the box it runs on. That’s this part.
The four things a partner does
Sentrello’s own words for the job, and a fair description of it.
Plan
Decide which modules you actually need. Everything’s on offer, and not much of it is urgent.
Build
Install and configure it on infrastructure you control. That’s the point of self-hosting, and it’s the part most people underestimate.
Implement
Fit it to how you work, then train the people who’ll use it every day. A platform nobody opens is an expensive backup of the spreadsheet.
Manage
Updates, changes and support on an ongoing basis, scoped to your setup rather than to a tier.
Why self-hosted matters
The data sits where you put it
Your infrastructure, your region, your backup policy. No shared tenancy to reason about, and no vendor outage to sit and wait out.
Source-available
You can read what it does. When something behaves oddly, that’s a question with an answer, not a ticket with a queue position.
It runs as code, like everything else
Your deployment is versioned and reproducible, on the same footing as the rest of your environment.
No hostage situation
Software you can read, on servers you own, configured in files you keep. Switching partners would be a nuisance. Not a catastrophe.
We’re our own reference
We didn’t pick a platform to resell. We picked one to run on.
Our invoices come out of it
With net terms and without, one-off and recurring. When we tell you a billing setup works, it’s because ours does.
Our subscriptions live in it
Monthly and annual, renewing on their own. If there’s a quirk in there, it bit us before it could bite you.
Premier, and what that means
The top of Sentrello’s four-tier program. In Sentrello’s own words, a Premier partner treats this as the business, not a sideline.
Related
Application Development
A two-screen booking tool or the system your whole company runs on. One team from the first whiteboard to the fortieth patch, so nobody inherits code they’ve never seen.
Compliance Management
We audit your setup against HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, get you ready, and keep you there. The controls run all year and the evidence falls out of the running, so nobody spends audit week rebuilding twelve months from memory.
Platform Migration
Applications, infrastructure, the legacy system nobody dares switch off, and every CMS from WordPress to Joomla. However old it is and whatever it’s called, if your business runs on it, we can move it.
Where are you stuck with Sentrello?
Picking modules, standing it up, moving the data, or getting anyone to use it.
Tell us which. We’ve done all four, on our own business before anybody else’s.
