Managed IT
The internet isn’t down.
Something in front of it is.
Your LAN, your WAN and your Wi-Fi, watched and configured as one system, right down to the circuit into the building. So when the office shouts that the internet’s gone, we already know which port it really was.

Where this usually starts
Ten years of quick fixes, still passing packets
Whoever was around when the office opened built it. Everyone since has patched it. And the diagram? There isn’t one.
- “The internet’s down” turns out to be a full DHCP scope. Or a DNS server. Or a cable under someone’s chair.
- Wi-Fi works in the meeting room and falls apart at the desks by the kitchen, and has done since the fit-out.
- The ISP swears the circuit is up. It is up. Nothing is getting through it.
- One person knows the switch password, and right now they’re at thirty thousand feet.
- The tunnel to the branch office drops every few hours and comes back before anyone can catch it.
What we do instead
We watch the whole path, not just the box at the end
Every switch, access point, router and tunnel reports into one monitor. Every configuration is versioned, so nothing lives only in the head of whoever logged in last. When a port flaps or a tunnel drops, the alert names the device and the interface, and faults we’ve seen before get fixed by the script we wrote last time. Which means “the internet is down” reaches an engineer already narrowed to one port, one scope or one circuit. That’s the gap between a ten-minute fix and an afternoon of guessing.
How it works
How we run your network
Most networks never had the first two steps. That’s usually the whole problem.
Find out what’s really there
Discovery walks every subnet and every closet and draws the map nobody had. Which switch feeds which, what each VLAN is for, where the tunnels go. We write it down before we touch a thing.
Put every config under version control
Switch, router and access point configs get exported to a repository, and changes go out from there. A change becomes a commit with a name on it. Rolling back means checking out the version before.
Watch every interface, not just the uplink
Port errors, throughput, DHCP usage, DNS response times, tunnel state, latency to the far end. The monitor learns what normal looks like in your building and speaks up when that changes, usually before anyone’s noticed.
Let software handle the known faults
A dropped tunnel gets re-established. A port spewing errors gets isolated. Each one runs against a trigger and threshold you agreed and gets logged, so an engineer reads about it over coffee instead of taking the call at midnight.
Hold the carrier to its contract
When it really is the circuit, we’ve got the graphs and traceroutes ready before we ring the ISP, and we stay on the call so you don’t have to. Need someone in the closet with a cable tester? Routine visits cover Denver Metro to Colorado Springs, and we’ll travel anywhere else by arrangement.
What we manage
Switches, routers and the closet
Core and access switching, the routers, the cabling in between. Firmware stays current with a rollback ready, and a spare-port map means a new desk needs a patch lead, not a project.
Wi-Fi that reaches every desk
Access points placed and tuned from a proper site survey, not from wherever the electrician found a socket. Guests, staff and devices each get a network of their own.
Segmentation that’s written down
Printers, cameras, phones, staff and servers on separate VLANs, with the rules between them on paper. On a flat network a hacked badge reader can see your file server. On ours it can’t.
VPN and site-to-site tunnels
Remote staff and branch offices linked over tunnels we monitor like any other link. They reconnect on their own when they drop, and rebuild from the repository when hardware gets swapped.
The circuit, and the carrier behind it
We hold the ISP account, the escalation contacts and the evidence. When the line is the problem, you hear what the carrier said and when it’ll be fixed, not a ticket number to chase.
A diagram that’s still true next year
The map is generated from what’s plugged in rather than drawn once and framed. Every change and every outage sits in one record, so “what changed?” gets an answer with a timestamp.

Firewalls configured, intrusion detection and prevention tuned, VPN tunnels kept tight. Every rule gets a reason and an owner, and the network gets split up so one bad laptop stays one bad laptop.
Server & Infrastructure Management
Physical or virtual, Windows or Linux, in your building or in a cloud account, every server gets upgraded, patched and maintained by us. Patches roll out in rings, so the update that breaks something breaks the test box first.
Helpdesk & Tech Support
Remote or on-site help for whatever your staff are stuck on, from a frozen laptop to the app that won’t open after an update. Software catches and fixes most faults before anyone notices. The rest go to an engineer who already has the logs.
How many sites, and what joins them?
Your sites, the circuit into each, a rough count of switches and access points, and whether anything tunnels between them.
Send that over and we’ll tell you what we’d map first, and where your network is one bad cable away from a bad day.
