Managed IT

Your people should be working,
not waiting on hold.

Remote or on-site help for whatever your staff are stuck on, from a frozen laptop to the app that won’t open after an update. Software catches and fixes most faults before anyone notices. The rest go to an engineer who already has the logs.

Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.

Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.

Where this usually starts

You’ve rung this help desk before

The ticket number arrives in four minutes. The fix turns up on Thursday.

  • You explain the printer problem three times, to three people, starting from the top each time.
  • Tier one’s whole job is asking whether you’ve tried turning it off and on again.
  • Nobody wrote the fix down, so the same laptop breaks the same way in March.
  • A new hire spends their first morning in reception because their account doesn’t exist yet.
  • Friday at five gets you a different help desk from Tuesday at ten.

What we do instead

We get rid of tickets instead of answering them faster

The second time we see a fault, we automate it out of existence. The disk that fills, the certificate that lapses, the VPN client that wedges after every update. That’s how the response stays the same at 3am as at 3pm: software takes the first swing, and software doesn’t sleep. What’s left in the queue is genuinely new, so the engineer who picks it up isn’t on their fortieth password reset of the morning.

How it works

What happens when something breaks

Your staff only ever see the last two steps. Often not even those.

  1. Catch it before your staff do

Monitoring watches disk space, memory, certificates, backups, patch levels and the few applications you can’t trade without. Most faults give a warning first, and that’s when we fix them.

  2. Let software fix the known ones

A known condition triggers a scripted fix with a logged trigger, threshold and result. Nobody gets paged. Nobody files anything. You can read exactly what ran, and why.

  3. Hand the rest to a person

A real ticket reaches an engineer certified on that platform, with the device record, recent changes and logs already attached. No twenty-questions triage, since the context came with it.

  4. Fix it, then teach the system

If it could happen to a second machine, it becomes automation before the ticket closes. Most help desks skip this step. It’s why theirs gets slower while ours gets quieter.

  5. Turn up when it needs hands

A cracked screen, a dead network port, a new starter who wants someone beside them for an hour. We make routine visits across Denver Metro to Colorado Springs, and go anywhere else by arrangement, with the travel quoted up front.

Hardware inventory, software licenses and lifecycle replacements, kept honest by automatic discovery instead of a spreadsheet. Every device found and every seat counted, with each warranty date known before it bites.

  • Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)

Continuous monitoring of every laptop, desktop and server for behavior that looks like an attack, whether anyone’s seen that particular malware before or not. It’s the sensor the rest of your security runs on.

  • Network Management

Your LAN, your WAN and your Wi-Fi, watched and configured as one system, right down to the circuit into the building. So when the office shouts that the internet’s gone, we already know which port it really was.
