Managed security
Someone will click.
Make sure they tell you.
Phishing simulations and short training modules, run often and never used as a stick. The number we care about is how many people report the fake, because that’s what saves you when the real one turns up.

Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.
Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.
Where this usually starts
Everyone passed the quiz. Someone clicked anyway.
Once a year there’s a slide deck, a quiz you can pass without reading, and a certificate that ticks the box. Then a phish shows up in March and nobody remembers slide fourteen.
- The annual course gets clicked through over one lunch break and forgotten by Friday.
- Someone failed a phishing test, got named in a team meeting, and now nobody reports anything.
- Click rates fall every quarter because people learned to spot the test, not the attack.
- The person who clicked the real one sat on it overnight, worried about what would happen to them.
- Training is a compliance line item, and it gets scored like one.
What we do instead
We measure the habit that actually protects you
Someone will always click. That isn’t the failure. The failure is the click nobody hears about until tomorrow, and the surest way to get that is to punish people for clicking. So we do the opposite: short simulations, often, showing the giveaway the moment someone bites, plus a report button that comes straight to us. What we track is how many people report the fake and how quickly. A company where the first person to spot a phish speaks up is a company that catches the real one.
How it works
How the training runs
Notice that none of it ends with a certificate.
Get a baseline
One simulation before any training, so we teach to what your people actually fall for. The results go to us and your leadership, never to a leaderboard.
Teach in minutes, not afternoons
Short modules, one topic each, delivered where people already work. Someone who clicks a simulation sees the giveaway right then, on that message, which is when a lesson sticks.
Simulate what’s really arriving
Lures built from what your industry and your own inboxes are seeing this month. A changed invoice, a parcel notice, a note from the boss at 4:55 on a Friday.
Make reporting the easy option
One button in the mail client. Report a real phish and we pull it from everyone else’s inbox. Report a simulation and you get a thank-you. Either way, reporting it was the right call.
Report to leadership on what counts
Reporting rate and time to first report, by team, over time. Click rate’s in there too, and it drops on its own once people stop being scared to admit they clicked.
What security awareness training covers
Simulated phishing tests
Regular campaigns built from current lures, sent in small batches so the whole office isn’t comparing notes by the coffee machine. A click earns a quick lesson on the spot, and nothing else.
Short educational modules
A few minutes, one subject, plain language. The MFA prompt you didn’t ask for, the invoice with new bank details, the USB stick in the parking lot.
A one-click report button
It lives in the mail client. Reports come to our queue, where automation or an engineer decides whether it was real. The reporter always hears back, and that’s what keeps them reporting.
Never a stick
No named lists, no repeat-offender meetings, no simulation results in a performance review. We’ll write that into the scope. Once people fear the test, they hide the real thing.
Reporting rate over click rate
How many people report, how fast, and whether that number is climbing. A team that reports the fake will report the real one too.
An honest picture for leadership
Every campaign, module and report, by team and over time. It shows how your people really behave when a lure lands, not just who finished the course.

Email Security & Phishing Defense
We block malicious attachments, spam and credential-harvesting email before it reaches anyone, then lock down your own domain so nobody can send as you. The message asking for new bank details waits until someone checks by phone.
Incident Response & Digital Forensics
Immediate containment, breach investigation and evidence gathering while the attack is still underway. Set it up as a retainer and your first call is a call, not a contract negotiation, and the cleanup won’t destroy the proof you’ll need later.
Virtual CISO (vCISO)
Fractional executive leadership for your security strategy and risk governance. One named lead on your side of the table, for the slice of the week the job needs, who owns the risk register, the board report, and that questionnaire your biggest customer sent on Friday.
How many people, and what’s reaching them?
Your headcount, your mail platform, and a few samples of what’s already landing in inboxes.
From that we’ll show you what the first simulation would look like, which modules we’d start with, and how we’d introduce it so nobody feels they’re on trial.
